We are deeply saddened to learn about the passing of Hon. Ekene Abubakar Adams, a dedicated member of the House of Representatives for Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, and the Chairman of the House Committee on Sports. Hon. Adams, a former football player and respected sports administrator, passed away at the age of 39.

His contributions to Nigerian sports, both on and off the field, have left an indelible mark. As the general manager of Remo Stars and CEO of Kada City, and later as a passionate sports advocate in the House of Representatives, Hon. Adams’ commitment to elevating Nigerian sports was unwavering.
