Villarreal were treated to a surprise package as Super Eagles forward, Samuel Chukwueze who just joined Seria A side AC Milan was spotted at La Ceramica last night.

Despite succumbing to a 1-2 deafeat at home to Real Betis, fans of the Yellow Submarines were shocked to have heard their former talisman’s name announced in the stadium.

Chukwueze never shied away from his special affiliation with Villarreal, after joining the Spanish side from Diamond Academy in Nigeria following an impressive showing at the 2015 U17 World Cup.

The 24-year-old had an impressive season last time out with Villarreal, making a personal record of 24 goal contributions, a number he is determined to increase at his new side.
